The East-West Shrine Bowl honors one offensive player and one defensive player for their exceptional performance during the game. The William H. Coffman Award for Most Outstanding Offensive Player and The E. Jack Spaulding Award for Most Outstanding Defensive Player are given to the top two players on the field immediately following the game.

The East-West Shrine Bowl Hall of Fame is home to some of the greatest names ever to play the game. Each year, past players are selected to join this elite club. Candidates must have played in the East-West Shrine Bowl and have accomplished something significant in their career.
