EAST-WEST SHRINE BOWL PARTNERS WITH BREAKAWAY DATA FOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE AND DATA ANALYSIS INITIATIVES
LAS VEGAS (August 3, 2021) – The East-West Shrine Bowl™, which supports Shriners Children’s®, will be partnering with BreakAway Data, Inc. for the 2022 event.
BreakAway Data will partner with the East-West Shrine Bowl to supply NFL personnel, athletes, and media best-in-class resources and analysis on the participating players at the 2022 East-West Shrine Bowl. BreakAway Data will lead an “Innovation Lab” to gather leading technology vendors, coordinate and demonstrate technology and data case studies, and will integrate data collection and analysis activities directly into the week’s events.

The East-West Shrine Bowl benefits Shriners Children’s and its mission to provide excellent care for children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate, regardless of the families’ ability to pay. The 97th annual East-West Shrine Bowl will be played in primetime on Thursday, February 3 at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. The nationally televised game will be part of NFL Pro Bowl week festivities.
